Tech Packs
Tech Packs form the foundational blueprint of each garment we produce. Crafted meticulously by our technical team, these packs include detailed information such as seam allowances, notches, and specific measurements critical to meeting fit and style requirements. They ensure every aspect from stitching to assembly aligns with the design intent.
3D Renderings
Utilizing the latest in 3D technology, our renderings offer a digital prototype of designs, allowing us to visualize and refine garments before they enter the production phase. This step ensures adjustments to fit, style, and functionality are made with precision, reducing the need for physical samples.
QC (Quality Control)
Quality Control is rigorous in our operation. We conduct detailed inspections at every stage of the production process, checking for any issues in stitching, fit, or finish. Our goal is to ensure that each product not only meets but exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Pattern Making
Pattern Making at our facility involves transforming initial designs into precise templates. Our experienced pattern makers consider every detail, from seam lines and fabric stretch to ergonomic features, creating patterns that serve as essential guides for cutting and assembling the garment accurately.
CMT (Cut, Make, Trim)
As a full-service CMT provider, we handle the entire garment production process. Starting with precise fabric cutting based on detailed patterns, moving through expert sewing stages, and finishing with the final trims and quality checks. Our comprehensive approach ensures that each piece is crafted with exceptional skill and meticulous attention to detail.
Finishing
During Finishing, we add the final touches such as sewing on main labels, care labels, size tabs, attaching hang tags, and protective poly bagging. Each garment is also steamed and pressed to enhance its presentation and ensure it is retail-ready.
Garment Dye
Our Garment Dye service provides a post-production color application that enhances the visual appeal of completed garments. We handle everything from selecting the appropriate dye formula to ensure colorfastness to monitoring the dyeing process for optimal color uniformity and saturation.
Marking & Grading
Our Marking and Grading process is critical for laying out pattern pieces efficiently on fabric, minimizing waste, and adjusting the pattern across different sizes. This ensures that every garment size we produce maintains the design’s aesthetic and functional integrity.
